1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing https://www.ancommunications.com/ or contracting AN Communications, you agree to these Terms of Service and any project-specific Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.
2. Scope of Services
AN Communications is a strategic branding, creative design, and communications agency. Specific deliverables, schedules, milestone phases, and pricing structures are governed by individual client proposals or signed SOWs.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued based on agreed project phases, upfront retainers, or milestone completions.
Payments must be executed using the payment gateway or direct bank transfer details specified on the invoice.
Failure to settle milestone invoices within the agreed timeframe may result in temporary suspension of project execution.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All background IP, internal design frameworks, templates, and unselected drafts remain the exclusive property of AN Communications.
Full ownership of final, approved project assets (such as finalized logos, brand decks, or packaging graphics) transfers to the client only upon complete receipt of all invoiced amounts.
5. Limitation of Liability
AN Communications is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential business damages resulting from service delays caused by third-party platforms, delayed client feedback, or external market performance.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
