1. Delivery Model

AN Communications does not dispatch or sell physical goods that require postal or courier transit. All deliverables provided by our agency are digital assets, strategic documentation, or professional services.

2. Delivery Process & Timelines

• Project deliverables (including brand identity vectors, brand guidelines, presentation decks, digital collateral, and high-resolution design exports) are delivered electronically.
• Fulfillment takes place via secure cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox), project management platforms, or encrypted email transfer.
• Delivery schedules follow the agreed milestone roadmap outlined in the project’s Statement of Work (SOW). Standard review drafts are typically delivered within the agreed working sprint windows (e.g., 5–15 business days depending on project complexity).

3. Confirmation of Receipt

Delivery is considered complete once the digital assets or milestone handoffs have been shared via verified digital channels and received by the client’s authorized contact.
